SELECTION PROCESS

A. For Co-Working Plan

  1. Fill the Application Form- Personal details+ Package+ (Filtered as per availability of mentors/ subject guidance/resources) — Get the process started
  2. You may be called for a meeting after considering your application.
  3. If shortlisted you will be required to complete the formalities.

For Potential Incubatees

  1. Fill the Application Form- Personal details+ Business Proposal**+ Why u need our help (SOP)- Submit email-id
  2. Within 10 days the application shall be scrutinized and if promising, u shall be called for a presentation & an interview.
  3. If selected by our mentors, you shall be informed and enrolled for the program after you agree to the terms & policies of AIC & complete the basic formalities.

What should be included in the Business Proposal to be prepared by the Incubatees?

The Business proposal that shall be sent by the prospective incubatees must contain the following:

  1. Business Plan/Executive Summary.
  2. Schedule of plan i.e. entry to the AIC and projected duration of incubation. The incubatees shall be permitted for a period of 24 months with a provision to extend the same for another period of maximum 12months under special circumstances
  3. Details of infrastructure requirements as per their proposal. This should include the Office Space (in sq.ft.), number of computers, Wi-Fi Connectivity, Telephone, etc., any special laboratory facility or R&D support needed from AIC
  4. Soft loan application separately, if required.
  5. A proof of financial viability of the project should be submitted or a definite plan to raise sufficient funds for at least one year.
  6. A brief information about you & your team, if any

NOTE: ONCE THE INCUBATEE’S PROPOSAL IS APPROVED HE/SHE IS EXPECTED TO REGISTER HIS/HER COMPANY/FIRM WITHIN 3 MONTHS.
